At  7:30am orchid runs a script to PCALL-AUTO all the terminals in 3006.
At 12:30am orchid runs the script to turn this effect off.
The script is in software/setsytek/servers & called orchid-sytek.
It talks to watmath to actually do the sytek-box reprogramming.
