- was out of date on maytag so it was looking at the wrong hosts.  fixed.
- added a -v option so you can see what hosts the quotas are coming from.
- now ignores errors from ruptime.  i'm not sure this is good, but it's
  less confusing on hosts like maytag where ruptime is broken.
- corrected and updated the manual page.
