GEMdos #0 (Pterm0) terminates the current process. All your program would
do is kill itself, not the BBS.

Ugly kludge solution: Write a DA or TSR that reboots the system when <time>
arrives. Install autoboot software that checks the time and (if matched)
runs the networker.

Elegant solution: Take a great big magnet to BBS Express! Get STadel,
which already supports timed events and multiple networks (including this
one).
