I am interested in developing an application using PictureWare's PicturePower
with Clipper.  If anyone has used PicturePower I would appreciate hearing
what problems (incompatabilities, work arounds, etc.) that you have encount-
ered.

	What are the good and bad points about this product.

	Is there a less expensive or better product on the market that I should
	know about?

	What image capture board(s) are you using and what boards would you
	reccommend?

As I am new a video databases, I would like to know any additional information
that you may feel is useful.  Thanks in advance.
