      You should be able to print directly from MS WORD, using the capture
command as provided with Novell. Capture re-directs output from the
workstation's parallel port to the server, allowing you to have up to 3
printers captured. 
    As for postscript, without additional hardware or a Postscript printer,
you will not be able to send postscript files to the HP Laser and ahve them
print (other than outputting Postscript language text).
