You will want to have the print job set up as follows: You want Bytw Stream set on. set autoendcap to no Set the device to hp_laserjet series 2+ Set the mode to (re-initialize) Set the timeout to about 5 Second. 2) The other place the problem could be is in Word, check to make sure that Word knows it's talking to a Hp laserjet. Note, the above is for printing MS Word Documents to a HP laserjet +. The Laserjet is not a Postscript printer, so printing postscript files to it is going to be a tad more dificult.
