I know there seem to be constant requests for format specifications
but after scanning 800+ back messages I couldn't seem to find what
I needed.

My friend has a scanner for a Mac that produces PICT files (PICT2 ?).
He wants me to write a utility that will convert such files to RLA format
on his Tektronix machine.  Unless this already is available in PD,

  would someone please point me toward the format specifications for
  PICT?  He also does 32bit images if there are different formats (i would
  need both).
