There are no such things as "CMS Diagnose Functions".

However, if you had asked for documentation on the various CP Diagnose
Functions, I would have pointed you to the "VM System Facilities for
Programming" manual, SC24-5288.  I don't believe that there are any
on-line HELPs for these functions.

This manual is from the VM Release 6 library (SP and HPO).  If you are
using some other release, then consult your "Master Index" -- this stuff
has moved around a lot over the past couple of releases.
