For those of you who have been waiting ... MPW C++ will (they say) be
shipping from APDA next week.  They are taking orders now.  You'll need
MPW and C, and an extra $175 (their price for cfront).  Maybe someone from
Apple will post more detailed info.  This is the "beta 1" release, not
the final product (scheduled to ship around the 2nd quarter of next year).
