Hi.  I am hoping to use the cdrc program from CMU
distributed by The U of Washington to do design rules
checking on cif files produced by students in a class
of mine.  I need to be able to verify what the rule values
are that it checks and probably modify them.  I have
been unable to track this information down on my own.
Any information about how to procede would be appreciated.
