If one wants to mail to an arbitrarily long mush alias,
must one recompile with a larger HDRSIZ, or is there
a more clever way to avoid:

	address length too long.
	address expansion failed for To: line.
	Saved unfinished letter in ~/dead.letter.

A "set no_expand" doesn't help.

The current need is for a 5 kbyte recipient list (yes, I
know this should probably be done by the MTA).
