I want my sendmail to immediately try to deliver messages (even those to
other hosts) rather than dump them in the queue.  I've fooled a bit with
command line flags and/or .cf stuff, but it always puts messages in the
queue.  Where am I going wrong?  It seems like this should be easy and that
I must not be looking in the right place in the manual or something...
