If you are an IEEE member (or student member), give the IEEE Services
Center a call and ask about the particulars of GEER (Graduating Engineer
Employment Referral?).  They have an 800 number now, so you should be
able to afford the call.  If you don't know the number, ask your 
Chairman.  S/he should know or be able to find out.  If all else fails,
e-mail me, and I'll dig it up from my IEEE docs.
