Texas CS Dept., Austin, Texas Lines: 15 Can anyone help me on this? I got a Micropolis 1375 SCSI drive originally used on a PC with a SCSI to AT controller. The drive was working fine on the PC but when I moved it to my mac and reformatted, it failed all the tests I run, with results ranging from 'block 0 is bad' to '32 bad blocks out of the initial ~320 blocks'. Was I doing something stupid? Is there any jumper to change. Can anyone tell me what are these jumpers ( the one besides the 50 pin SCSI connector) for? I know the first three are for SCSI ID. Thanks a bunch. -- Ing-Chin Hwang ichwang@cs.utexas.edu {uunet,rutgers,ti-csl}!cs.utexas.edu!ichwang
