I would like to know something about driver called CITI MacIP from
the University of Michigan and telnet/ftp from Stanford that uses
that driver. I have a few lines of text in front of me that say
that MacIP is a public domain product but they don't say if Stanfords
telnet/ftp is. If this is in the public domain, where can I get it?
