Message-ID: <4689@ncar.ucar.edu> Date: 12 Oct 89 19:26:09 GMT Sender: news@ncar.ucar.edu Reply-To: fredrick@acdpyr.ucar.edu (Tim Fredrick) Distribution: usa Organization: Atmospheric Chemistry Division/NCAR, Boulder CO Lines: 9 I just downloaded PC Telnet 2.3b2 from ncsa.uiuc.edu and would like to use it on a PC/AT to communicate with our UNIX machine via Apple's LocalTalk card (run with atalk software). What parameters in the config.tel file do I need to set/change. Or where is this documented? AppleTalk capability was apparently added since the v2.2 "official" release. The Macs that we already have set up use telnet to communicate to our UNIX machine through a GatorBox LocalTalk/Ethernet gateway. Thanks in advance. --Tim fredrick@ncar.ucar.edu
