The only presentation context defined for ISODE at the moment is 
	ASN.1 as the abstract syntax and
	BER as the transfer syntax.

Has anyone looked at modifying ISODE (pepy) to support a transfer syntax other
than the the Basic Encoding Rules (as described in X.209) ?
