Well, submissions have slowed to a dribble. This month there are only
two. Actually the first is only an upgrade of an existing submission. 
The string.shar submission of addition string handling routines has had
a new routine added (strdup) along with a makefile that creates ar libraries
for the objects.

The new submission is a set of routines that run under UNIX and VxWorks
to implement a simple date server using RPC.
