I'm trying to locate a copy of the book:

   Software Development: A Rigorous Approach

     by Cliff B. Jones

   The book is technically out of print (I've directly contacted
the publisher).

    Does anyone know where I might find a copy, or know how I
can contact the author (who might know a way to get a copy or
maybe have a spare)?
