Dan Quayle-V has ascended to demigoddess-hood.

It took a blessed +8 broadsword named Stormbringer (I had about 10 of
this type), -39 armor class, and two amulets of life preservation.  I
couldn't have done it without polymorphing huge stacks of toys, mostly
of the "(" type and getting lots of magic lamps. It took a long time.

However, in the process, the dungeon collapsed twice. Luckily, the
error files were restartable, so I didn't have to take a sledgehammer
to the computer. Apparently, everytime the Wizard of Yendor steals a
cheap plastic imitation of the Amulet of Yendor, the program crashes.
It says something like ERROR: freeinv. I was able to reproduce this bug
in wizard mode. I was running v3.0f, Patchlevel 3. Was this fixed in
patch 4, or is it still unfixed?

I guess it is time to retire and move to Miami now.
