I'm looking for sources to an implementation of TELNET and ftp.  We
want to build a fancy X windows front end to these prrograms on some 
Suns.  We don't wish to purchase Sun sources.

I have seen quite a few PD telnet implementations for the PC but not too
many for UNIX.  Any help will be appreciated.
