Lines: 19 I have an alarm/calendar tool, which uses an input file in cron-like format. It will notify me at a time specified and beep and/or print out the message I assigned to that time. It's a little weak, and I've been incrementally improving it (now it will tell me appointments today and/or tomorrow). What I am really looking for is an already-completed program to do something similar, with a more intuitive input format, which will let me know about scheduling conflicts, will notify me in advance (potentially repeatedly, potentially until I "hit the snooze button," etc.), etc., but I don't want to spend forever working on it. Has anyone else done something like this and gotten in lots of nifty features yet? Please e-mail me source and manual/description/README. If there's enough interest, I will post the best results to comp.sources.misc. Thanks in advance, -- Dennis Moore I don't even speak for myself: I'm a schizophrenic (you're never alone ...)
