I bought a 1080 monitor from a mail-order company called RSISystems, in Warwick RI. It was busted, so I sent it back. The next one lasted an hour before blowing. So I sent it back. The UPS bills are starting torack up now. Two points: 1) DO NOT buy from these people! They hassle you unecessarily, Isuspect they lie (they said they'd ship "a new monitor" as soon as they received the broken one, but the one I got looked quite familiar...) and Ihave had immense problems with them. 2) They also just disconnected their 1-800 line. Since they still have both my monitor and my money, I am upset. Does anyone out there know anything of them? Specifically, if they have a new number (perhaps non-1-800)? Directory assistance didn't have a listing, any ideas? Any advice on what to do if they did fold? Thanks one and all... gee, three different problems in three days... maybe i should try for the record! :-) ------------ Alex Antunes "the Waupelani Kid" 'cause that's where I live... antunes@astro.psu.edu Penn State Astronomy Dept. ---------------------
