A request was posted asking for info on talking to the serial port to access
the X10 controller from BSR. There are at present two programs for the Amiga
that will control the X10 directly. These may save you some work. One was
written in AmigaBasic several years ago. I have been using it for that long
and it works well. About 6 months ago someone else wrote some C code to do
the same. The interface is not as nice but is sufficient. Both are on Genie
in the X10 RT library.
