It is perfectly possible to record non-interlaced images onto the VCR. (I have an A1000, so it may be slightly different...) However, recording a non-interlaced frame onto my VCR gives me black lines on the odd (or is it even?) scan lines. Yucko.. Solution: Run SetLace first. This causes Intuition to open all future screens in interlace mode. If there are only 200 scan lines, then each scan line will be repeated twice, once in each frame. It takes no additional memory as the same screen bitmap is just reused. If you need SetLace (it's PD and verrrrry old...) let me know. Our mailer is broken right now (hence the followup) but eventually I'm sure someone can get it to you. -- Darren
