This is one of the fastest assemblers that I have seen. And the debugger is great. The editor, debugger and assembler are all integrated very well and they can also be used as stand alone programs. It comes on 2 disks with a moderate number of example programs and a good manual. One of the nice features is when you have an error, the cursor will automaticly be placed on that error, and Amiga-J will jump to any other errors.
