They also said that Electronic Arts would provide an upgrade free of charge if you sent in your original disks. The problem is that supposedly for some animations DPaint III does not recognize the extra chip RAM that Super Agnus provides. Well, I have the Super Agnus chip and I had noticed problems with loading animations. I sent my disks off to the address at EOA with a letter explaining the problem and would they please send me the upgrade. Well, today I got a letter back from them saying "Here is a replacement copy of your ORIGINAL program." and "Here's a suggestion: Keep the disk write-protected at all times". Nothing about an upgrade, just a letter implying that I had somehow messed up my own disk by not write protecting it (as if I run the program off the original disk). What's the deal? Has anyone else attempted to get the upgrade? Has anyone been successful? I am going to call EOA tommorrow to see what's up, but it doesn't look good. - Sean Schur
