Looks like here's the problem... The 4520 is enough different from the 4000a that the Supra software doesn't help you. Your best best will be to find a different system that can format/map your HD, then hook it up to amy and just 'zero' your partitions. Make sure you write the bootup stuff onto the drive after zeroing and you should be able to autoboot...
