For those of you that are interested in home control--

The November (most recent) IEEE Spectrum has an interesting article 
about the CEBus (Consumer Electronics Bus) for total home control.
It talks about the ongoing efforts to standardize the CEBus.
BTW, it does not mention the Amiga (or any other desktop) as
I recall.
