The difference is in the testing. The more they test, the more it costs them, the more you pay. In today's market $0.69 disks are "Untested" disks. About the only test these things go through are for clear spots (no oxide) and being able to spin in the jacket. Actual response : A reasonable price for error free DSDD 3.5" disks is $1.50 a disk.
