But then I never said it was. I have received countless unofficial responses from Chelmsford folks the past year. Things did seem to tail off recently but I think excuses relating to the transition, etc. are valid ones. Its obvious from all the internal responses on this question that Apollo employees are still interested in an "unofficial" way. In regard to the real Customer Support people, I think we should count our blessings. Overall, they do a very good job. I've heard some real horror stories about customer service at other anonymous workstation companies. Let's move on to solving problems. I'm alive ! How about you ?
