For right now what is the most elegant approach to converting
to 40 track prodos format?

I have also managed to do the same thing for Pascal and DOS 3.3 
and Prodos, but as I remember I didn't make a habit of it
since it was a pain and involved sector editing.

(The days before I knew about Prodos MLI calls)
