Rocket Chip also has more options. With each slot, you can choose cache/don't cache, and accelerator/don't accelerate. When you get into hard drive reads and the like, this can make a big difference in performance. NOTE to interested parties: Don't set up your chip to cache your hard drive without adequate backup.
