Can you provide some standard benchmarks(eg.MIPS or MFlops or...)? Which compilers are you using?Do you know whether the TWGS has a problem with the ROM3.0 GS's?Finally,is there a 16 bit Fortran for the GS? (forgot:is the data path between the cpu and the FPE a 16 bit one or 8,because if it is 8 then your results hard to accept given the 32 bit data path between the cpu's and the math chips on both the MacII and a 386).
