I guess you could say they are swamped.  I sent in my applications to be
updated way back in July.  I called a couple of times and they said (at
various times) that they'd be shipping after August 15 (notice that they
didn't say *how much* after).  I called last week and they said that they
had just begun shipping and if I didn't have my upgrades 'within a few weeks'
that I should call again.
