It's available from dsrgsun.ces.cwru.edu (129.22.16.2) by anonymous FTP. The major drawback of the GCC is that it needs a lot of memory; 1 megabyte is the absolute bare minimum, 2 megabytes is a more reasonable amount. -- Eric R.
