Has anyone successfully replaced the godawful DEC VR290 19" color
monitor with an aftermarket color monitor? I tried a Sony RGB
monitor off my Sun386i and an IBM 5081 to no avail - they don't
sync up right. If anyone has put a decent, crisp, cheaper color
monitor on a VAXstation or GPX, please send me email with the
details. I just can't justify $4900 for a fuzzy, glare-screen
color monitor. Thanks.
