Thank you for your interest in the Info-DEC-Micro distribution
list...

This forum is meant for the exchange of information concerning
Digital Equipment Corp's microcomputers, including the VAXmate,
the Professional Series, the DECmate, and the Rainbow.

   NOTE:  The general convention is that for administrivia
   about a list (like getting added or deleted, asking about
   archive files, etc.) ***you write to list-REQUEST@host***
   (e.g. Info-DEC-Micro-Request@andrew.cmu.edu).  This gets
   you to the coordinator, rather than to the membership of
   the entire mailing list.

The group is available to three basic networks:

Submissions or questions to the group should be addressed to one
of the following:
 from Arpanet:  Info-DEC-Micro@andrew.cmu.edu
 from Bitnet :  Info-DEC-Micro@ANDREW  or
                Info-DEC-Micro%andrew.cmu.edu@CMCCVB
 from UUCP   :  submit to newsgroup comp.sys.dec.micro  or
                {favorite gateway}!andrew.cmu.edu!info-dec-micro

Should you decide that you wish to receive mail from this forum
