 Is there a way to change the default date at start when one does'nt answer
 to the DATE prompt ? Maybe with BEGUG.
 The reason is to impose a recent date (at least) for lazy users!
 The very last definition (that may be kept in a file) would more useful than
  sometime in 1983...
