I'm not sure if just SE's get it or all HP customers as well, but look to see
if you have files under:

	/usr/lib/starbase/formatters/pcl

If so... look at bmprint.c

If not talk to your SE, if one is NOT immediately available/accessible then
reply to your basenote as to how best to e-mail the stuff to you.
