I also wish that monitor same as a standard part of the
distribution, but I have always been able to find a
/usr/contrib/bin directory on the "support" tape that I have
received with every update. My one gripe about this is that
my 2.1, 3.0, and 3.1 tapes have come with a monitor compiled
under 2.0. While most things seem to work, some of the info is
patently false. Couldn't the powers that be at least see that
a proper compilation gets on the tape?
