I had occasion to go looking for it recently when a customer had the
same sort of problem you had(not working well!) It is shipped on the
SE Update tapes in the KTOOLS partition. This is the third time I have
shipped monitor to this customer. I now know why we in general don't
give this out, it is a support nightmare!
