I posted a message earlier about algorithms for drawing arcs between
two points, but I have run into a few problems reading/writing pixels
and setting screen modes in Turbo C version 1.0.  Any hints would be
appreciated on how to do this correctly (I had a few procedures a 
friend wrote for me, he told me they would work, but they don't, and
I have no idea what they do or how they do it, so I need to start from
scratch.)  Even hints in assembler, pascal or any other language I could
link in would be great.  Thanks in advance.
