The GIF code I've collected has now been sent via email to over 80 
people.  It is available for anonymous ftp at our site:

	s.ms.uky.edu	[128.163.128.19]	

	/outgoing/gifcode.arc
	/outgoing/gifcode.arc.desc

If you don't have ftp, I'll still email copies to those that I can.
(Make sure you supply a good address (uucp, arpa, bitnet, etc)).
