I believe that Aask from CE Software makes a guess at how much memory each
INIT will use, and puts that number under the icon for each in the selection
window.  I also seem to recall Leonard Rosenthal mentioning that the next
INITPicker will do the same....I may be wrong there.

The other thing to do is find the "TattleTale" INIT, which produces a text
file of all INITs on your system, how many ticks they took to execute, how
much memory they used, whether they are locked in the heap, etc, etc.
