We use the Arabic Apple system, as well as al-Katib with the US
system, in the Middle East Library at U of C.  We decided against
permanently marking up our keyboards.  Instead we have printed keymaps
for all of the several languages that we use (al-Katib offers three
different keyboard configurations) which attach as needed to a piece
of velcro on the front of the Mac below the screen.  Nobody used even
the keymaps much after about 2 weeks.  Maybe not the most aesthetic
solution, but it fit our budget.

If it's aesthetics you want, spend the $250.
