Rather than having my Apple dealer do it, I decided to install the 8-bit
video and FDHD upgrades in my Mac II.  Upon opening the boxes, I discovered
that instructions were not included.  Instead, there was a reference to the
Apple Technical Procedures Binder.  Is this document available by
anonymous ftp or other means?
