  The Inside Mac DA is distributed on Phil & Dave's Excellent CD, with
a 600K manual that includes IM IV (but not V). Is this the 'significantly
smaller' demoware version, or the 'real thing'? It seems fully functional
(with the obvious exception of lacking the IM V interfaces...). It also
has an About dialog that requests a $10 shareware contribution, not $20.
Inflation, perhaps? :-)
