One way to improve the quality of articles in MacTutor is for people who know what they are doing to submit high quality articles themselves. Anyone can submit an article to MacTutor. Just call up the number in the back of the magazine and ask them how to do it. If they can use your article, you get your name in print and a free copy of the magazine with a check for a few hundred dollars stuck in it. If you don't need the money, look at as a public service. You can reduce the number of bad articles by submitting good articles yourself. Earle R. Horton
