I suggest you get it. There are several annoying bugs in 3.5. 2) I have been able to use a serial port for dialing in OR out, but not both. I don't see any way of doing both on the same serial port. When you have the port set for both the software tries to talk to itself and gets all messed up. Our manuals tell you how to set up a serial port for a modem. I suggest you use ttyf* , because this has hardware handshaking. 3) I don't know about the availability of X-windows. -- Brent L.
